ON THE CONTRARY, not starting the way, or starting it with mediocrity and artless, or even losing one's own direction, means stagnating and falling asleep.

It is a natural primary reaction to crack my whip or to thunder out instantaneously, immediately after I've been emotionally hurt. However, stress, nervousness and rage only knock me down to my lowest levels.
He who gets the most furious is the one who loses because he speaks or acts thoughtlessly.
The best is to have a well trained and discrete answer : " I must think about it. I will answer you tomorrow".

Now you need to make a third Choice : you can either follow the Central or Inland Way or rather prefer the Estuaries Way.
MIND THIS : If I choose the Estuaries Way, I know that I am choosing, freely and consciously, an intuitive journey. That is, I accept to go beyond the Official Way, the shelters, the stamps and the official control, as well as go beyond the calendar and even beyond time and reason (for the time being), and also beyond the prevalent common mentality. Not beyond good judgement. I choose to burn the old castrating beliefs only. I choose to set free the internal child as I have never done before. With wings.

59 - Emotional balance.
Immersed in Nature's diversity, the most favourable field to feel the original harmony, I put in its right place each and every different power through which Life's totality manifests itself in me.
Without mixing them up, nevertheless.
This is a great learning proposal for the pilgrim.
I merely interlace those powers with empathy, and I accept dancing, in a harmonious contrast, both with my own internal divergences and with the people who seem to be quite different from me.
I dance joyful, with spontaneous lightness, but with strict attention so as not to tread on each other's feet.

60 - Inner Certitude:
I know that my dream will come true on the very moment that I realise clearly what I am going to do with it - at once, here and now.
When the light of an evident inner revelation sweeps the darkness of my former worries, I will know that my favourable time has come to develop new relationships and new projects successfully.
At that moment, you may believe. Discard all wavering. Take the initiative. Don't stop. Don't let anyone withhold you, least of all your friends or relatives.
Freedom consists of succeeding in being allowed to do what I want to do, when I want to do it , if I am certain that I am doing what is right.
Do fight for your legitimate right.
Go ahead, open up to communicate your plans to your likely allies, and don't stop until you can see them carried out.

61 - Joyful gratitude.
And what does life want in return for all its gifts? The same every mother wants from her children : our joy.
Get in touch with the others. Stop being pathetically weighty. Good humour is a higher form of emotional intelligence.
By means of humour one can easily dismantle arrogance and blindness. As well as one can dismantle harsh sarcasm and hypocrittical modesty.
In the greatest peace.
Do live optimism. Relax and dance. This world has been created by a free, fearless and cheerful mind, and that mind is as sure of itself as playful.
For a long time, my body and my mind had been continuously degrading because of my negative habits.
I've learnt at last that I will be able to be my only sovereign on one condition: of my own volition, I must establish order and a directing conscience upon my capricious and automatic ego's day by day.
The Way helped me a lot to strengthen both my will and my body.
I will apply the walker's discipline to all the aspects of my life.

64- Firmness:

Although my course may be harsh, I will be able to produce something if my foundation is firm. The greatest firmness of a human being is generated through his coherence with his own being.
Do keep a patient determination. The more your potentialities manifest your original authenticity, the better and quicker they will develop.

65- Flexibility:
I don't dispute about beliefs, religions, ideologies, opinions, any consensus of opinion or any pollitically correct thought, or even their opposites, which keep on changing according to the interests of those who are in power.
He who adopts a political ideology as if it were a secular religion of the socially resented, he will never free himself from the frustrations which have led to and which have aggravated the emotional disease of his resentment and of his false and inflexible life purposes, even though he may ascend the movable stairs of economical classes. At most, he will convert his victimization, now without justification, into hypocrisy.
Every person's mentality works upon a basis of colective programs, which have been added to the individual degree of self-consciousness that one has been obtaining, according to the integral quality of one's personal journey. Each day, I take care of improving my mental flexibility .
I'm not going to oppose a huge oppressing force: I become invisible until the inevitable moment comes when it becomes corrupt. Just because every oppressive system, of every orientation, ends up getting corrupted.
Then I join its opposers and, joined together, we advance with all of our power, until we manage to set us free.
66 - Renewal:
A superior cycle of evolution in a human being is measured as much by one's individual independence , as by one's spontaneous availability to assist others joyfully.
Optimism, after a long night, dawn.
I will create this day right now: I recycle what has been lived until now, I forgive, I forgive myself, I mend what can be mended, I clean everything, I give thanks and I honour those who have kept me company along my ways, even though as vile masters.
Then I arrange myself to live a new round.

68 - Detachment
Focusing the attention with serenity on beginning the construction of what is going to be new for me, gives me wings.
Vigolife, territory, harbour and travellers' portal.These are great places and this is a great time to bring the previous cycle to an end, in a natural way and at peace. Renewal Coast.
I beg my own centre to be able to forgive and to forgive myself, to leave behind everything that doesn't bring good energy to my mind anymore, and to make my life right and to make it better by walking along other courses and through happier projects.
69- Attachment:
Rotten and conditioned past, setting obstacles to my progression.
(Shadow of the Main Stage Detachment - you have to be able to detach yourself from this shadow, in order to cut off both your own suffering and the suffering of those around you).
The worst that I keep on holding is neither my traumas, my rancour nor my past sufferings, nor even my remorse for my past judgements and guilt, nor my low self-esteem caused by the memory of my acting with mediocrity.
The heaviest burden that I must immediately detach from, with the greatest firmness, is all that which is really outdated within my system of assumptions and beliefs.
I need to set myself free, right now, from those things that I used to believe in, and by which I am still recognized...however, which I do not believe in anymore, nor even practise.
70 - Forgiveness:
Beyond the social law that rules, the acts of accusing, pronouncing judgements, condemning and also punishing should be reserved alone, in all situations, to the one who would be upon such an elevated plane that he could see the essence of everything.
According to the low height at which we are confined, we are just supposed to understand, to endure and to forgive alone.
It doesn't mean that I am a saint just because I forgive, it's just because rancour is a corrosive feeling that I do not want to hold inside.
In past times, I used to judge things according to what I thought things should be. The mote in my brother's eye. Hypocritical moral superiority.
I dismiss that "goodie" prejudice in order to be able to see things as they really are. I cast away what I cannot solve and I leave that vicious circle, redressing my thought.
Guilt was an infectious disease, a highly contagious virus. Banish the inquisitor away from you.
A cycle of guilt, fear and fights is over. By setting the others free, I also liberate myself.
6th STAGE- RECONCILIATION.OF OPPOSITES. Everything you'll learn from now on will have no time benchmark.
71- Culpability:
Aggressive fear of being attacked.

THE EGO ALWAYS NEEDS TO LOOK OUTSIDE FOR A GENERAL AND ETERNAL CULPABLE OF OUR OWN PERSONAL FRUSTRATIONS. Upon that victimisation, the manipulators frame the phobias and creeds that enrol those who are resentful and that they can command.
OUT OF MENTAL HYGIENE, one must reject both blaming and feeling guilty. One must take the firm decision to stop signalling he who is either the eternal hero, or the villain.
Demagogues need to create an exagerated feeling of poverty, inequality and resentment, including to stimulate it by means of strategies in order to promote their ascent to power, as messiahs, the victims' redeemers. I raise the problem, I am the solution.
A farce is a farce - let us not take it seriously. We can understand that the world that each of us wants both to see and to show is just a projection of what is inside of us.
Each of us does what we can do. The problem, the solution and the evolution dwell in the deconditioning of our mentality.

72 - Transformation Energy:

In order to ascend to a higher degree of evolution, I get rid of all my possible previous concepts. Life is a continuous transformation.
The greatest transformation that happens to us is always preceded by the courage of accomplishing a daring purification of all of our beliefs system.
In presence of one's task, one must mind both the faultlessness of its intention and the excellence of its performance.
Timeless Stage 6- Awareness exercise:
Where you may find a pebbles heap, choose some of them to be a symbol of the soul charges that you don´t want to go on lying heavy on your life.
With them build a steady and harmonious pyramid (or, much better, with them lift up the pyramids that other pilgrims have built before), and discard your burdens forever, as a gift to your Real Being, without polluting both the way and the landscape, with any other kind of message or of ego's remains.
Thereafter, open up totally, remember and set forth your best dreams since you were a child, and find out, if you want so, what Vigo and the Estuary Way have for you, as well as what you have for them. Throughout History, the ways have always been built by the creativity of their pilgrims.
A NEW ALTERNATIVE:...either the Timeless Estuary Way ...or then the Coast Way, for those who have limited time, which will meet the Inland or Central Way.
73 -Constructivity:
(Fundamental complement of the Transformation Energy Stage).
With the coarse stone of my soul base I erect the renewal pyramid of my authenticity.
What we reckon as the world , in fact it is not the totality of what there is, but merely the scope of our capability of comprehension and conformation of what we can apprehend and conceive from reality.
Everything that is living on our plane is limited and is contained in bodies of matter and waves. Life may not manifest itself, or then it may manifest itself in other different ways, but these ways might be beyond our perception, beyond our science, beyond our solid philosophy and our art of co-creating in the world.
Remember : He who honours a place and its inhabitants is honoured by them. Don't speculate and don't be distracted by thinking of other planes. Since you are incarnated, create something in your world that is worth your effort, to be of use in it and to fulfil yourself in doing your best, here and now.
These are the favourable moment and place to materialize my main objectives, if I feel that the Way is already My Discovered Land.
Awareness exercise: How can I cut out two hours of distraction in order to have a more productive and constructive day while travelling?
Choose carefully those priorities that you will focus on.
74 – Inspiration:
Whenever I place myself totally focused on the here and now, existing entirely in what I am doing, Creativity flows through me.
Whenever the most elevated and disinterested speaks in me, then it is The Absolute that speaks in me.
Since it is certain that it is being inspired by the Being, my will gets focused on constructing..
And it starts by rebuilding my own energetic structure.
Every time my mentality enlarges itself, a world of new potentialities opens up both for me and for the world.
75- Blindness:
The eagle that is willing to be the crow's disciple.

I don't let myself to be influenced by external conditions. I don't side any partisan fight. I don't get associated with identity groups.
I don't pay attention either to intriguist egos or to those who victimise themselves, even though they may be screaming out. I don't believe in social redeemers. I pay attention to my serene inside alone.
I know that I am the Universe expressing Itself, during the fraction of an instant of Its, through a tiny unity of Its conscience upon this plane that we call human.
So, I close my eyes and I try to connect me directly to that Source of all trust...instead of suffering to be guided by other divisive, sceptical and blind egos, even though they are much more oppressive.
76 – LOVE:
When I am really aware that, after all, all that there is just consists of the same energy, then compassionate and empathic love is the natural feeling that springs from that self-identification.
Love, just the same as the self- encounter and the being, is not a subject that you can interpret before sceptics. Only the one who feels it inside knows about its splendid reality. How can I love more and love me more?
Out of my own will and effort, I've reached the point that I've been able to reach. Now I give myself to my beloved invisible half, and I expect, with full attention and hopeful, that it will show me the heart-way I must follow.
Our being loves itself in the kaleidoscope mirror of all the forms that it bore. Love is just to pay attention to the Real that shines behind the outward appearances.
77 – Separatism:
By separating myself from the whole that I am, I don't gain any advantage, I hinder myself.

The egos' most radical and foolish tendency. Disunion begets only weakness, struggle, defeat and dissolution. Right now and all the time I am focusing myself upon the best that connects us. And I keep on practising it.
Don't let yourself be manipulated by the mean separatists that keep on looking for confrontation, because they take advantage of those narrow-minded that they confront..
Accordingly, don't let yourself be manipulated by those who request union only when they try to concentrate a higher power upon themselves, with the hidden objective of imposing their totalitary authority upon a unilateral and yielding assemblage. Together, yes, but neither revolted nor yielding.
The best union of different elements is based on the condition that every member always preserves his own inalienable sovereignty for himself. How can I achieve and grant others a higher grade of sovereignty for the next seven days?
THE HUMAN EGO'S GREATEST ILLUSION IS THAT ONE OF LINEAGE. THERE IS NO SEPARATE INDIVIDUALITY. THAT WHICH I AM RESIDES IN EVERY PART OF THE COSMOS, IN EVERY DIMENSION, JUST LIKE A DROP OF THE SEA WATER IS DISSOLVED IN THE OCEANS.
Timeless Stage 7 - Have you chosen the Rías Way? Then take the sea crossing Vigo-Cangas. Walk slowly as far as the Home Cape.
Life is right now. Goals are the death of experiment.
Allow yourself to wander along these wonderful Rías, with no previous plan.
Avoid urban spaces and vain chats. Don't even think of accommodation, Discard all conventionalism. Any kind of thinking and judging is useless here; just feeling.
Enjoy the beaches; you may sleep on them whenever you feel like it, under the stars, in the endless night. Surrender yourself, deep and shamelessly, to your inner personal poetry, dare limitlessly, just like a child, by balancing your apparent opposites.
Delay as much as possible your leaving behind the view of the sea. Be with yourself. Love yourself. It is now or never. As if you were going to die immediately thereafter.
78 – Temperating Polarities:
-Light is light because it leans against shadow.
Love yourself in everything you are. In everything that there is.
Awareness exercise. What would I stop doing or what would I do with myself and with the others if I were able to love a little bit more?

Stage 27 C- Have you chosen the Coastal Way? Go from the Vigo centre, enjoying the landscape of the inner part of the Ría, as far as Redondela, where you will merge with the Central Way.
79- The End of Fight:
" I can't forget that I am summoned, but I let myself go, neither forcing my dreams to die, nor taking them on purpose to guard myself". Uxio Novoneira.
No more do I give my attention to those who don't have greater intensity in their lives than identifying themselves with ego groups of fierce, dirty and irrational competition. I keep back in my mind any competition that I detect in it, and I examin it for three precious days.
I give up trying to appear to be shining. I have already verified that, more than two thousand and five hundred years ago, the wise men of Humanity showed all of their original talent about all themes. From then on, we have only been continuing to develop the possibilities thereof, with new glances, opinions, languages and tools.
I also stop fighting against my own half. I KNOW AND I INTEGRATE MY OWN SHADOWS, and I focus myself on making the most of the suitable and complementary alternation of my apparent opposites.
In the greatest peace I launch into rescueing my authenticity from all the circumstances and conflicts that were hindering it from its manifestation.
Both wise man and women from ancient european tribes searched for the remote end-of-the-world in the west in order to deliver what was old in them to the primordial waters.
They did it within sight of the sacred islands of the Death and Life Coast Rías, that they regarded as solar entrance portals to the dimension of the Blessed Light Spirits.
80 - THE MASTERPIECE:
I am giving birth, from my own self, to a wide, clear and subtle mind, that may become an adequate medium for my conscience, in all of the planes of my being.
I know that it was really that way that the universes were once created, by means of the poetry language.
There are many kinds of arts. However, the greatest of the masterpieces does not reside in achieving an excellent painting, nor a sculpture, nor a musical piece, nor a building, nor a written text. ..
But in composing yourself as the artist of your own Life, in thought, word, manner and actions, as the most serene, steady, well balanced, coherent and worthy reflection possible, of the idea that, as an artist, you have about your own Being.
81 – Extremism:
I become that which I attack , and over and above I lose my strength.

IT'S FUNDAMENTAL THAT I COME TO KNOW VERY WELL THAT WHICH MAKES ME AN EXTREMIST, IN ORDER TO HANDLE IT WITH CONSCIENCE, AND NEVER ALLOW IMBALANCE TO CONTROL AND BLIND ME.
Stop, brethren. Calm down. Breathe. Refrain, let's debate...and we will find out the essential of what binds us together.
Both extreme good and exteme evil exist only as myths, just like absolute truths, although they may be useful to produce fear and get the votes of those who are afraid.
As for extremes, both politics and religion lead to the same fanaticism..Dogmatic ideologies are like laic religions. Intolerance, censorship and imposition are opressive, no matter what their flag. In History, extremisms don't last long, they devour themselves.
Those who manipulate and dominate us live on rousing our divisions, hatreds and conflicts, by making use of our lowest feelings and our most primitive emotions, in order to fish in the troubled waters of our struggles.
I stop being an alienated instrument of theirs, I give up judging, blaming, attacking, condemning, weaving intrigues, discriminating, dividing, identifying myself with dogmatic and fanatic groups, as well as sowing any disharmony. Mind your attitude, your tone, your gestures.
Live and let live. The real equality before the law, as well as the freedom of expression and of election of each of my brothers and sisters also secure my own freedoms. It's impossible to attain a better world if you to impose it by means of inquisition, accusations, censorship and punishments. That way, you will grow only hypocrisy.
All the energies that you project into the world, either positive or negative, will turn back to you, multiplied. Ther is no way to get out of the Only Being that there is.
Stage 25 I- Central Way Redondela-Pontevedra.
82 – Emotional Intelligence:
I'm learning to turn apparent barriers to portals ; to turn fears and biases to knowledge based on real experiment; to turn problems to opportunities for evolving; to turn antipathies to empathies and new allies; to turn complaints to positive statements about the power of my spirit , now released from mental parasites. The key is active calmness.
I'm learning to love and to love me. How can I love me more and love more during today?
Superior Mind, I beg you to vivify me, inspire me and wake me up, every time I slacken off in my heart-way.
Timeless Stage 8 - To Die and to Live at Barra, Home cape and Donón, opposite the Islands. Hío, Aldán Menduiña, upwards, A Fraga terrace, Jaján Hill; meditate at the Mámoas next to Castiñeiras Lake. Take your time to proceed to Pontevedra.
83- Trusting:
Make your head and your ego silent, open your heart to intuitions and, naked and alone, by sunset, enter the calm Sacred Sea, as in a Mother Life's Portal or a more feminine mirror, in this world of Dualist Illusion.
This is the culmination of the whole pilgrimage. ENTRUST YOURSELF WITH PLEASURE. ENTRUST EVERYTHING IN ORDER TO DISAPPEAR AND TO BE BORN ANEW.
While letting nine waves pass over you, as there are nine months of gestation, under each wave make a very deep delivery of the remains of your ego, and let yourself be given birth as a brand new son of the archetype "Our Primordial Mother", Lady of the placental waters, and of the purest feeling of her poetic mind, the Total and Inconditional Love.
If you still don't feel been born again by that love, imagine this beach as a sacred space of development of the discrete, although intense, Feminine loving powers inside of you.
Now, meditate, be very attentive, antenna up, synthetise and summarise, in two words, the best that you have picked from its Essence, in order to write them down, afterwards, upon your pilgrim's shell, well won at last.

85- Synthesis:
I'm near the end. This is a time to stop, to be silent, to listen intensely to what's deep inside, to note and to reflect. At this point I use reason thoroughly. Reason allows me to summarise the recycling that I have drawn upon my book previously.
When my self-memory, my inspiration, and my inner volition cooperate, in order to define rationally that which makes me grow the most, I truly become aware of the realisation potentialities that I must prioritise.
I discard all the others, closing the previous cycle, I remain silent, I determine that which I really want, I need and which has given me growth, and I focus precisely upon that, being certain that that is my function, for the benefit of my world.
There's a new Alternative at Pontevedra... Either up to Santiago through the Inland Central Way, in two days... or through the Timeless Stage 11 - "Spiritual Variant" - 1,23 kms- Pontevedra- Alba- Poio. You may spend the night at Combarro...or start the long climb up to the Armenteira monastery and , a little bit further, up to the shelter.
86 - Clearing off the remains:

Let go all that which still tangles up in mirages, like the superficial identities of your mind, so that the depth, your Real being may express itself.
One only survives after the self-destruction of what used to be false or what manipulated us.
Discard all that which only lowers your self-esteem and makes you guity or creates original sins, so that you may replace those concepts that just suit the purpose of the power that influences you, by the concepts that define your best values.
Turn away from that conflict without solution as soon as possible, persisting means shattering.
Do your best to give a good conclusion to what does not raise you up.
Trust, reform, harmonise. YOU ARE ALREADY.ANOTHER. Start, with neither fondness nor guilt, a new and different purpose and way.
We cannot feel "being one's own being" unless we submit the personal and the collective ego.

87 - Regeneration:
My command over the ego is expressed in the unveiling of my Real self. I am already He Who Is, he who I have always been,when I stop fancying, identifying myself with superficial etiquette and searching for vain external dreams.
( Consequence of "Destroying the sovereignty of the ego". One can not feel "being one's own being" unless one submits the personal ego first, and the collective egos thereafter , as a consequence.
The communities and the states' liberation can not start from top to bottom, that is, from the imposing of an ideology, but from each person's internal liberation.
Solve the problems in the roots, not in the branches. Put an end to all the problems of your latest cycle by perceiving the faults, apologizing, forgiving and harmonising with fair and benevolent agreements that take to peace, in order to regenerate your mentality and your project and to be able to move to a new and better cycle without loads. 7ª ETAPA: O FIM DO MUNDO: Deixando o velho para trás.
88- TRANSMUTATION:
Making a thorough final clean sweep of what has remained in me from my old mentality and its obsolete programmes.
If I were a machine, I would have to ask the programmer to format and change my operating programme, in order to be able to access to higher levels of autonomy and functioning.
O Evolutionary Spirit of my lineage, take possession of this vehicle of yours on the physical plane, command my senses, illuminate my mind and prepare me for correcting my mistakes and limitations, so that I can realise your objectives.
I accept the complete extinction of the old cycle, I open myself to all the changes that make possible my adaptation to superior levels of conscience in order to fulfil more complex functions.
Right now, I start the creative construction, both internal and external of everything new that I know I must do.
89- Conditioning:
Self-limitation for those who are asleep.
Don't fall back to what imprisons you.

In order to be able to govern myself, I will stop paying attention to my ego's automatic pilot, to all of its programmes, to the external egos' influences, to the dependence on the authority owners and their false gifts, and on the ideas that hold me without being mine, in fact.
Neither do I let myself be tempted nor seduced any longer by the controled greedy dissensions of the system, that can be very addictive.
I will purify my reason in order to turn it into a calm, precise and correct instrument, for the expression of what proceeds from my authenticity, after having proved it in practice.
I would have to do the same to keep on progressing, if my conscience was contained inside the body of a machine, commanded by an artificial intelligence, capable of repairing itself.
I realise that it is but illusion, arrogance and hypocrisy to aim at contributing to free the world, if I haven't done previously everything that can be done to transmute my own conditioning into my inner freedom.
7th Stage (It has nothing to do with with the physical age any longer, but with the evolutionary age. It is out of time because it has surpassed the mind that is sheer space-time). CORONATION AND RETURN.
Option 1- Spiritual Variant, 22,4 Kms. From Armenteira, after dawn. go up to Pontearnelas, through the "Stone and Water Way" - Ribadumia- Vilanova de Arousa. Enjoy the beach and the Hostel.
Option 2 - Let yourself spend the whole day, or some days, all by yourself, at any place. Meditate gazing at the stars.
90 - I take careful notice of what I Am:
"...Putting and taking my eyes off what I cannot see for having stared at it so much ..." U.N.
When there is nothing left that I cannot love, all the things become the All before my eyes.
Learning to love the whole Being and all of Its extensions, unconditionally, as well as learning to co-create without aversion, with compassion, is the main reason for our brief transit on this school-planet, before returning to our Cosmic Being.
The being cannot know the truth just by supposing it. The being needs to live it..
Definitive Timeless Stage 13 - Spending the whole day (or days) all by yourself, at any place (or places) of the beautiful Ria de Arousa.
91- Bringing the Quest to an end:

When I stop searching , that's when I finally discover myself.
You haven't discovered yourself yet? Calm down. Ask for it again, trust, stop searching, let it manifest itself.
Everything that makes me whole lies hiding behind the ghost of what seemed that I was lacking. ( Consequence of the Stage " I Pay Attention to what I Am").
I stop and I concentrate my attention to examine myself, to get focused and to reappraise my objective, overcoming the divided mind, which is the cause of all failures. I reunify it by lovingly serving myself and everything.
I meditate on any beach, staring at the stars, then I get fused with my Origin.
Timeless Stage 14- The end of The Estuary Way and of the Spiritual Variant. Say a loving goodbye to the sea. Now, start the Maritime Way "Traslatio", 28 kms.
In one hour by boat, you sail from the Vilanova de Arousa harbour, enjoying the Ría and the Ulla River, as far as Pontecesures. Afterwards you must walk to Padrón, which is quite near, until you meet with the Central Way.
92- The Light Door:
The moment I am ready, the Door of a wider dimension opens before me.
Come on, children from the Stars.
Including in this space. I Am...both in the void and in the fulness.

Stage 27 - I- Central Way: Caldas de Reis - Padrón
93- Self-consciousness:
I meditade on the consciousness that is aware of itself here and now .
I begin to iluminate my personal-colective unconsciousness with awareness, sweeping away the lies, fears and bias that have been accumulated on the surface.
I can feel the beauty and the evidence of BEING and LIVING in the deep Absolute Consciousness, and simultaneously in the personal conscience that wraps it up.
I pay attention to the inspirations that come to me in this instant of unification, and WITH THEM I CONSTRUCT THE MEANING of my life, as well as my prioritary beliefs about what I must do at this moment.
94 - TO BE THE BEING:
"I am the man that can and that endures to be a man". U.N.
I am complete when I am myself, unified with the All.
I can be myself while playing all the games with which I compose the narration of my life and I establish its meaning.
Yes, I can, we all can. That which is the plainest and the most natural in us is to be and to live here and now. The rest is just reports, feelings, pretences, games, rules, tales.
It is me who, in my inner self, discovers the unique being that I truly am...or who composes,on the surface, my supposed social identity and sub-identities, as well as the meaning or the lack of meaning of my life.
My mental constructions are merely reports that I tell myself, I tell others , or that others tell me and that I depict, or not, before my fellowmen.
TO BE THE BEING , AND TO LIVE THE MOMENT, with no more rules or tales than the ones we may choose, of our own free will, in order to dream within the life's dream.
95 - Wisdom:
Life is the Being's hide-and-seek game with Itself. With ourselves, within the multiverses that we create.
Reality unveils itself before us when we stop paying so much attention to what most people vaguely assume that reality is.
I flow lightly and good-humoured in this game, riding the opportunity, knowing well that it is but a game, that of the Eternal Being portraying characters.
I enjoy playing the game intensely, here and now, as if this temporary entertainment of our identity of the One and multiple dimensions were my only eternal reality.

96- Tenderness:
Expressing tenderness is the rain that makes the garden of love grow among the beings. It is also our school.
What makes us human is our capacity of taking care of others, either children, disciples, or subordinates, sick, elderly, dependants...each of us was once ,and one day wiil be, dependant on others for a long time in our life.
Soften your strength, use all your sweetness and patience with your brothers and sisters. Smile, endure, forgive always. Celebrate your adjustments.
There is a fragile child inside each of us, doing all it can to play the Game of Life. Don't take too seriously anything it does.
Be a good example. Don't be afraid of using tenderness in excess. There is no danger of overdose.
Stage 29 I , The end, at Santiago de Compostela
97 - Power:
I realise that in the Game of Being the Being there are to be found, simultaneously, the knowledge, the ownership, and all of the powers of life, unified in the service of its own harmony and best purpose.
I have crowned my goal and intent by enjoying the Way, with neither sacrifice nor inflexibility, but with cheerful harmony. I feel the grateful warmth of success.
(Evolutive consequence of the Stage Tenderness).
I demonstrate the value of my power, not by means of overrating any personal exceptional abilities, but by means of fulfilling what has been promised, by means of justice, generosity and the respect that have been used, and by means of the workmanship of the projects that I have started...
In such a way that they match what, according to my subjectivity and ethic, supposes to give a meaning to my function upon the world.
There is no way of proving whether the remains that were found in Compostela by the hermit Peláio and the bishop Teodomiro in the IX Century belonged to Saint James . The truth is that the consequence of that finding was quite well-timed for the region. This discovery attracted a lot of european pilgrims and crusaders and paved the way for the christian kings to populate the territories that had been reconquered from their muslim enemies.The myth continues still today , being a stimulus to the meeting of different european peoples and peoples from other continents , as well as to get them to know each other, to exchange knowledge and cultures, and to establish friendship among themselves upon this place.
98- TRUTH
To me, finding the truth has meant to withdraw the veils of the false life purposes that used to guide me since I was born, in order to let shine, inside of me, that which I feel as certain to be my own authenticity.
There is no greater exercise of conscience than being attentive all the time so that I never lie, either to myself or to others. The egos' relativism frequently accepts, justifies or overlooks any amorality.
All the human truths may seem relative choices, if the language and the view with which we describe them are egoic and dualistic.
The Absolute in me knows the Absolute Truth at every instant. Only when I focus myself upon what I know is my real being , and not upon the ego, only then does truth manifest itself.
I wish that what each of us chooses as his own truth, his own relative freedom, and his personal life purpose, will never justify aggressions or coercion against the truths, the freedoms or the personal purposes that may have been possibly chosen by our brothers.
Telling the truth can never be something destructive, but convincing, if it is impregnated with love, consideration and tact, so that it does not produce the opposite effect to what our Being wishes, for it is the Being of all of us.
8th STAGE: CROWNING AND RETURN
99- ERROR ?
Am I firmly settled in myself , or still playing the character that the system wants me to play?
Am I autonomous or, on the contrary, an weak-minded person that lives the life, the thoughts, the dreams and the plans of other people or of groups of pressure?
(Shadow of the Main Stage TRUTH. We must discern and correct the untruth that goes on enclosing us every day, so that we may Be and know).
In order to evolve, there is no alternative but to be self-critical, without letting me be overthrown by my mistakes, nor by the others' criticism.
Whenever I make a mistake and I fall, I stand up and I try a readjustment.
It is by dint of repeating the mistakes that we are able to succeed eventually. It's no use blaming the others nor blaming myself.
I will convert any error into an opportunity for readjusting and improving.
In full joy, celebrating the End of the Way and its continuity in Life, that has been assimilated by my conscience.
100- DELIGHT:
It's time to celebrate and to enjoy my own loving meeting with Life.
I forget about all the rest and I give myself to the pleasure of living the beauty, the fortune and the privilege to be able to feel this planet and its Ways.
When this happens, it's the game of a child who dreams that it is dreaming, inside its own dream. It dreams that it is losing its way inside itself, under a thousand disguises, and always coming to meet with itself again.
ULTRÉIA, SUSÉIA, LONG LIVE THIS ADVENTURE , AT ANY PLACE AND DIMENSION.
101- Compassion:
I've learnt that we are all one and that wisdom, riches and love that are not shared become dark alienation.
The main commitment of Life is the preservation and the perfection of its own continuity. Loyalty to the one who loves. Do cooperate with Life. Long live Life for ever.
Share and forgive always, because every one is conditioned by one's own limiting circumstances. Bear in mind the best that there is in each being and help. By helping the rest of the beings you help yourself. At that very moment.
Healing and taking care of all the rest that we are , will also heal and take care of us.
Trust the power of this healing instant. It is the natural consequence of the Stage DELIGHT.
102- MASTERY
Just like now I can ascend to the heights, I am also capable of descending to the lowest in order to redeem the rest of those that I am too, without ceasing to be the recovered Being , and without forgetting about myself.
Now, I might accept the adventure of deciding to stay helping with the Life Labyrinth, until the most backward of my brothers ascends to the apogee of this cycle.
I might do it.
103- The Supporter:
Once the good way is already known, still having a fresh memory of me, I choose to return to the school of daily life , in order to apply what I have learnt, while attending those of my brothers who want me to do so, and who ask for it.
As a natural consequence of the Main Stage MASTERY, it becomes certified with the seal of your being, and signed underneath, that you are free to choose anything, and that you are an expert at choosing what can contribute to improve your world.
...AND, ONCE AGAIN, YOU START AT STAGE ZERO OF THE LABYRINTH.
